What information we collect
We collect personal data when you:
- Submit an enquiry via our contact form — name, email address, phone number, the service you're asking about, and your message.
- Request a booking via our online booking portal — name, phone number, email address, home address, and any notes about the job (e.g. access details, specific requirements).
- Apply for a job with us via the contact form — the same contact details, plus anything you choose to tell us about your experience or availability.
- Become a client — in addition to the above, we hold your service history, payment records, and any notes our staff need to carry out the work safely and to the standard you expect.
We do not use tracking or analytics cookies on this website. Our hosting and form providers may set strictly necessary technical cookies (for example, to prevent spam form submissions) — these do not identify you personally and don't require consent under data protection law.
How we use your information, and why

We do not send marketing emails, newsletters or promotional offers using the details you give us — every email or message we send relates directly to an enquiry, booking, or job you've asked us about.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run our business, each of whom only processes your data on our instructions:
- Supabase — our secure database, where booking and client records are stored.
- Netlify — our website host, which also handles contact form submissions.
- Resend — our email service provider, used to send booking confirmations and service emails (and, once launched in a future update, SMS reminders).
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become a booking — up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Clients — for as long as you remain a client, and for up to 6 years afterwards, to meet our accounting, tax and insurance obligations.
- Job applications — up to 6 months after our recruitment process ends, unless you're successful (in which case our separate Employee Privacy Notice applies) or you ask us to delete your details sooner.
Your rights
Under data protection law, you have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything that's inaccurate or out of date
- Ask us to delete your data, where we're not required to keep it for legal reasons
- Ask us to restrict or object to how we use it
- Ask for your data in a portable format
